As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive growth and sales success by generating new business opportunities through independent research and outreach, and managing a pipeline of interested prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with assigned AEs to execute targeted outbound messaging and sales strategies that generate net new meetings and pipeline
  • Generate leads and build relationships by engaging warm prospects and identifying new opportunities
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, partnering with AEs to drive next steps
  • Close inbound leads from the website focused on purchasing a defined number of Business licenses
  • Use CRM tools to track activity, measure performance, and manage your pipeline effectively
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and increase opportunity generation
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned metrics and quotas, with flexibility in how you achieve results
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to network and source new leads
  • Stay current on product offerings and industry trends to effectively engage prospects
  • Perform other related duties as needed

Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in an SDR or similar role, ideally in the tech industry, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Hands-on experience with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and other core productivity tools
  • Comfortable operating across both inbound and outbound channels, with the ability to prioritize and adapt quickly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a range of stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills to identify trends, optimize outreach, and improve performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
