Compensation:

  • Fantastic compensation plan with a realistic Year 1 target of $46,000 - $75,000 at plan.
  • Compensation includes salary, commission, and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within a territory for each of the company’s product segments.
  • Communicate regularly with current and potential customers, overseeing all sales activity within the assigned territory.
  • Report sales activity via Compass and manage business through this technical platform.
  • Collaborate frequently with inside support teams to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage workload effectively, ensuring timely follow-up with leads and clients.
  • Develop a strong understanding of product segments and their functional capacities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of sales experience.
  • Competitive, positive attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Professional image and strong business acumen.
  • Self-motivated with goal-setting capabilities.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Position Details:

  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • In-person meetings and daily prospecting required within the Akron area (depending on the assigned territory).
  • This is not a remote position.
