In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation. You'll collaborate with key teams across the organization to ensure seamless integration and successful execution of marketing initiatives.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Lead planning and execution of field marketing strategies on a global scale.</li><li>Collaborate with corporate marketing to manage logistics and hands-on activation for targeted campaigns.</li><li>Engage with sales leaders to identify business priorities and drive opportunity progression.</li><li>Support direct and partner marketing activities effectively.</li><li>Contribute to integrated marketing campaign planning with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Oversee budgeting and ensure accurate campaign setups using Marketo.</li><li>Work with the SDR team on campaign calendars and follow-up activities.</li><li>Align reporting efforts on marketing performance and conversion rates.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>5-7 years of field marketing experience, ideally in the enterprise SaaS sector; cybersecurity experience is advantageous but not mandatory.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in business or a related quantitative field.</li><li>Strong understanding of field marketing techniques and strategies.</li><li>Proven ability to partner with sales and leadership teams to determine business needs.</li><li>Experience with account-based marketing strategies.</li><li>Expertise in the AMER market; familiarity with EMEA and APAC is a plus.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail regarding budgeting and campaign execution.</li><li>Competency in using Marketo and Salesforce.</li><li>Eligibility to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.</li><li>Preferred candidates from Central or Eastern time zones for collaboration with teams.</li></ul>
