Role Title: Senior Project Manager – Enterprise IT

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Duration: 6 months (CTH)

Preferred Location: Toledo, OH area (Hybrid – must be local)

Role Description:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional IT initiatives across enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Microsoft Fabric, Oracle ERP, WMS, OTM, and HCM solutions.

This individual will serve as a senior delivery leader, responsible for driving projects end-to-end while ensuring alignment with business strategy, enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards. The ideal candidate brings a strong background managing large-scale enterprise programs and translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects from intake through implementation and operational handoff
  • Partner with stakeholders to define scope, success criteria, funding models, and delivery approach
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource forecasts using MS Project
  • Own execution across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation and escalation
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams (applications, infrastructure, security, data) and external vendors
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and data governance standards
  • Utilize tools like ServiceNow for project intake, tracking, and reporting
  • Provide executive-level status reporting, including risks, decisions, and delivery outcomes
  • Support change management, user adoption, and business value realization
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools (automation, predictive insights, reporting enhancements) to improve delivery efficiency
Required Experience:
  • 10 years of overall IT experience
  • 7 years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise initiatives
  • Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-workstream programs
  • Strong experience delivering projects involving:
  • ServiceNow (ITSM, workflows, integrations)
  • Oracle ERP / WMS / OTM / HCM (nice to have multiple)
  • Enterprise integrations and data flows
  • Experience working across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
  • Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Proficiency with MS Project (scheduling, dependencies, critical path)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric or modern data platforms
  • Exposure to AI tools for reporting, risk analysis, or workflow optimization
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and enterprise architecture frameworks
  • Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments
Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • PMP Certification required
