We are looking for a results-driven Director of Marketing to lead and scale our company marketing strategy, Meta/Facebook advertising efforts, and social media expansion while managing other key paid media channels. Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising

  • Strategize, develop, manage, and optimize all marketing campaigns to drive revenue and brand growth.
  • Execute and scale paid media campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads, with a strong focus on audience segmentation and performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor ROAS, CTR, CPA, and other key performance metrics, making real-time adjustments to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Create and implement high-converting ad copy, visuals, and audience strategies.
  • Retarget and nurture leads through strategic ad placements and segmentation.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize profitability.
  • Support email marketing initiatives in collaboration with the team, ensuring alignment with paid media strategies.
  • Work closely with the CMO to develop and execute paid media strategies that align with overall business goals.

Social Media & Brand Growth

  • Oversee social media advertising strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and UGC strategies to enhance brand credibility and engagement.
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing video ads, carousel ads, and static creatives.
  • Monitor and engage with audiences through social media channels to improve community interaction.

Qualifications & Skills
Required

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Strategy and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
  • Proven ability to scale paid media campaigns and optimize ad spend for ROAS and conversion growth.
  • Experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • High proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Data Analysis) for campaign reporting and optimization.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo (for email marketing integration), and other marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and improve ad performance.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and UGC ad strategies to enhance brand reach and engagement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Creative mindset with experience in copywriting, ad creative strategy, and content marketing.

Recommended

  • Ability to work alongside CEO, COO, and CMO for large-scale business goals. 
  • 5+ years of CMO, Director of Marketing, or similar experience.
  • 5+ years of Brand Agency experience 
  • Knowledge of AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Grok, Midjourney, Icon, ManyChat, etc.
