We are seeking experienced Accounting & Finance Recruiters to join our remote team. This role involves a hybrid desk focusing on business development and full-cycle recruitment. Ideal candidates will have experience in investment management, asset management, hedge funds, or venture capital and possess strong relationship management skills.

Job Title: Accounting & Finance Recruiter - Full Desk
Location: Remote (US)
Compensation: $60-100k base/draw based on experience level

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop BUSINESSand manage relationships with clients in the accounting and finance sectors.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships and negotiating offers.
  • Focus on business development, building and maintaining a strong client base, and generating new business opportunities.
  • Work on a hybrid desk, combining business development with recruitment activities.
  • Utilize your experience in investment management, asset management, hedge funds, or venture capital to understand client needs and match them with suitable candidates.
  • Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process.
  • Be resourceful and self-sustained in business development, demonstrating strong relationship management skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in recruitment (Accounting and Finance), with a proven track record in investment management, asset management, hedge funds, or venture capital.
  • Strong background in business development and full-cycle recruitment, ideally with experience in running your own desk.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a self-sustained approach to building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring less experienced recruiters is a plus.
  • Preference for candidates who are resourceful and keen to work in a relationship-based environment.
