Women’s Health, a premier women’s health practice within the Together Women’s Health network, is seeking a 1099 contract Nurse Practitioner to support the virtual rollout of the Together Women’s Health+ program in Illinois and Michigan. True specializes in midlife, menopause, and sexual health, empowering women through compassionate, personalized, and evidence-based care. This virtual role offers the opportunity to help shape an innovative, growing model of women’s health care, supported by the mentorship and expertise of the true. Women's Health team. The Opportunity This contract role will begin PRN (approximately 4 hours per week) with the potential to expand into a permanent, part time or full-time position as the Together+ program builds its virtual patient panel. In this role, you will • Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care to women in midlife and menopause via virtual visits • Provide patient education, counseling, and continuity of care in areas including hormone therapy, sexual health, and metabolic wellness • Support evidence-based weight management and metabolic health programs • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, wellness coaches, and allied professionals • Participate in the continued development of the Together Women’s Health+ virtual care model • Contribute to patient satisfaction, retention, and practice growth Qualifications & Requirements • Must reside in Michigan • Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) licenses in both Michigan and Illinois (having both at start strongly preferred for EMR and credentialing access) • Board certified (or board-eligible) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Women’s Health • Experience or strong interest in menopause, hormone therapy, sexual health, and related women’s health fields • Menopause Society certification (or equivalent training) strongly preferred; willingness to obtain within first year required • Demonstrated clinical excellence and patient-centered communication skills • Comfort practicing independently in a virtual care environment • Prior experience in concierge or membership-based medicine a plus Why Join true.? • Be part of a mission-driven network redefining women’s health in midlife and beyond • Collaborate with expert clinicians and be mentored by the True Women’s Health team • Enjoy a flexible, remote schedule with growth potential to a permanent position • Competitive hourly compensation (1099 contract) based on experience • Schedule minimum 4 hours per week • 1-hour new patient visits • 30-minute follow-up and weight-check appointments • Call not required initially; may be incorporated as the virtual team grows If you’re passionate about empowering women through personalized, innovative care—and ready to help shape the future of women’s health, apply today for consideration.
