The primary mission of the Security and Emergency Services (SES) organization is to mitigate risk and promote the safety and security of company personnel and assets, and to ensure compliance with U.S. government and other customer security requirements in support of U.S. national security interests. SES is looking for an energetic Security Representative Staff to support the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) by performing Alternate Contractor SAP Security Officer (ACSSO) duties for the F-22 Program. Specific job duties include, but are not limited to: Execute DD 254 security requirements for multiple prime contracts Process Program Access Requests (PARs) to include creating, reviewing for accuracy, and tracking of all submissions Develop and conduct indoctrination briefings and debriefings Complete DD 254s in support of multiple supplier contracts Complete all Physical Security requirements for multiple secure spaces Process clearances and customer visits and provide support for classified meetings Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken Compile, analyze, and summarize security metrics for IFG security leadership Build and maintain effective relationships within the corporation and externally with government customers MUST BE A US CITIZEN - This position is located in a facility that may require special access. Basic Qualifications: Have extensive knowledge and understanding of industrial security regulations and procedures, including experience administering provisions of the 32 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 117 NISPOM, DoD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manual, and Intelligence Community Directive 705 (ICD 705) Must possess a Final Secret Clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years, and is eligible to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Desired Skills: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college Prior industrial security experience (DoD Collateral or Special Programs) Working knowledge of OPSEC, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and Counterintelligence Experience working with internal and external stakeholders/customers Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
