This position will provide direct support to the Program Manager for the execution of current and future business goals, contract execution on multiple contracts, customer objectives, and formulation of new business strategies. Determines customer requirements and translates these into organizational plans which include the development of SOWs, WBS, Integrated Master Plans (IMP), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Risk Assessments, Schedule Metric generation and reporting, and all activities related to execution of the Program. Will have a high level overview of the Program and will proactively address schedule conflicts and plan execution. Must interface with a multi-discipline team, Program Managers, Cost Account Managers, external Customers, and Subcontractors. Please Note: This position requires the selected candidate to have an active Secret Security Clearance; US Citizenship is required.

You are a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills in scheduling software, Earned Value Management, and integrated planning. You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You are a proactive and adaptable planner who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects, and drive results-oriented solutions to support program execution and business growth. A level 3 employee is mid-career and typically has 4 to 6+ years of professional experience.

Experience using Open Plan Scheduling SW or similar scheduling SW that is integrated with Cost.
Knowledge of developing & maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) & Integrated Master Plans (IMP).
Cost and Schedule integration w/regard to EVMS
