<p><strong>Paid Media Strategist - Paid Search and Social</strong></p><p>Helium is hiring a Paid Media Strategist to own strategy and execution across paid search and paid social for a portfolio of accounts, including some of our most complex, multi-line businesses. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports - reporting to our Paid Media Team Lead.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Own strategy and execution for a portfolio of accounts spanning paid search and paid social, including complex, multi-line businesses (e.g., wholesale/B2B-style catalogs)</li><li>Run both Google Ads and Meta Ads as core strengths — capable of owning each independently, not just supporting one</li><li>Apply AI tools for bidding, optimization, and creative testing, and keep learning as they evolve</li><li>Lead client meetings as the strategic voice in the room — this isn't a background-execution role</li><li>Flag account risk early and partner with the Team Lead on QBRs</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>Deep, current expertise in both Google Ads and Meta Ads — this is the anchor requirement</li><li>3+ years hands-on paid media experience — enough to have a real foundation across search and social, not just general exposure</li><li>Genuine client-facing polish: confident, capable of running client meetings solo, comfortable being the expert in the room</li><li>Ability to learn fast and perform in front of clients immediately — this role doesn't have a long ramp before client exposure starts</li><li>Currently and actively hands-on in the platforms today — not someone who's moved into oversight and lost the day-to-day edge</li><li>AI fluency in bidding/optimization/creative testing is a strong plus; if you're not there yet, genuine eagerness and speed to learn is the minimum bar</li><li>Agency experience strongly preferred</li><li>E-commerce background is a plus, but not a requirement — this role is defined by platform depth, not vertical</li></ul><p><strong>The perfect fit will embody our core values:</strong></p><ul><li>Extraordinary Service</li><li>Responsive Communication</li><li>Proactive Problem Solving</li><li>Under-promise and Over-deliver</li><li>Achieve the North Star</li></ul><p>You recognize that personal and professional growth is a continuous process.
