Endeavor Search Partners is looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time, fully remote outbound sales position focused on connecting with financial advisors across the country, identifying potential opportunities, and scheduling qualified meetings for our senior team.


This is a high-activity, performance-driven role. You will spend a significant portion of your day on the phone, so we are looking for someone who is confident communicating with professionals, competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently from home. Financial services experience is not required. We provide training on our industry, sales process, Salesforce, and how to effectively engage prospective financial advisors.


What You'll Do

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective financial advisors
  • Start conversations and identify potential business opportunities
  • Schedule qualified meetings for senior team members
  • Consistently follow up with prospects by phone and email
  • Research financial advisors and financial services firms
  • Maintain accurate activities, notes, and follow-up information in Salesforce
  • Work from targeted prospect lists and campaigns
  • Learn the wealth management and financial advisor recruiting industry


What Success Looks Like

Our Business Development Specialists are expected to work toward:

  • Approximately 200 outbound call activities per day
  • Approximately 2–3 qualified meetings per week
  • Consistent and timely prospect follow-up
  • Accurate Salesforce record keeping
  • Continued improvement in conversations, opportunity creation, and results
