Process and Fulfill Online Orders: The eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for efficiently processing and fulfilling online orders for our clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to their customers. Maintain Fulfillment Standards: This role will be responsible for maintaining high standards of fulfillment by following established processes and procedures, as well as identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Coordinate with Clients: The specialist will be the main point of contact for our clients regarding their eCommerce fulfillment needs, and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with them. Monitor Inventory Levels: It will be the responsibility of the specialist to monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished in a timely manner to meet client demands. Utilize Fulfillment Software: The specialist will be required to have a strong understanding and proficiency in using fulfillment software to manage and track orders, inventory, and shipping. Collaborate with Internal Teams: This role will work closely with various internal teams such as operations, customer service, and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth and efficient fulfillment processes. Ensure Compliance: The specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Maintain Documentation: It will be the responsibility of the specialist to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to fulfillment processes, including order processing, inventory, and shipping records. Identify and Resolve Issues: The specialist will be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the fulfillment process, including shipping delays, inventory discrepancies, and customer complaints.
