As a Database Administrator, you will have various opportunities to contribute to improving our systems & data at the company. The primary responsibilities for this position will be ensuring our systems are accurate, up to date, and are ready for scale. The role also offers the opportunity to build valuable experience at a fast paced, high growth startup during a critical early product development stage. Responsibilities include: Data Input - transferring data from paper-based documents or other digital formats into our ERP system; Data Verification - reviewing and validating data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with source documents; Data Maintenance - updating existing records, correcting errors, and ensuring data integrity; Requirement Gathering - working with stakeholders to understand business needs and document system requirements; System Analysis - analyzing existing data and reporting, identifying issues, and proposing improvements or new solutions; Testing and Implementation - testing and implementing new or updated systems, ensuring they meet requirements and function correctly. Qualifications include: Bachelors degree program or greater in Business Administration or relevant degree; attention to detail; organizational skills; familiarity with computer systems including databases, spreadsheets, ERP system (NetSuite) and Google Sheets; communication skills; problem-solving skills.
