Styling Pearls Inc. is a wardrobe styling and personal shopping concierge service that connects executives with a network of personal stylists. Styling Pearls is recruiting 1 Mid-level virtual stylist to support our new extended services launch in Fall 2026 and beyond.

Location Requirement: Applicants must currently reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S. Styling Pearls Inc. is unable to provide employment sponsorship or engage international contractors at this time.

The virtual mid-level stylist will focus on client consultations, and client curations for either business, formal, vacation wear or closet refreshes. All client communications will be done virtually on Teams and by email.

Required:

· Due to the client facing required for this position, a background check will be required prior to hiring.

· Must have or be able to obtain basic general professional liability insurance. Proof of insurance will be required.

· Available at a minimum of two weekday evenings for client consultations and presentations.

· Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Fashion Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.

· 4 to 7 years of experience as a virtual or in-person stylist with either a major department store or as an entrepreneur.

· Prior experience with performing client closet audits, closet cleanse, or wardrobe refresh for clients.

· Ambitious, warm, pleasant, and positive personality and passion for the wardrobe styling industry.

· High customer service focus for interfacing clients.

· Experience with Canva or similar application to develop look boards for clients.

Preferred:

· Knowledge of color, body type, and fit analysis.

· Experience with using Lookbooks or Shop My to develop look boards.
