In this role, you'll serve as the bridge between our pharmacy clients and our technology platform. We will provide comprehensive training on our products, automation tools, and implementation processes. Your primary responsibility will be helping pharmacies successfully deploy and utilize our solutions while ensuring ongoing system performance and client satisfaction.

This is a fully remote position. We are seeking candidates located in the U.S. Pacific Time Zone or candidates who can consistently work Pacific Time business hours (1:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. PT).

What You'll Do

  • Guide pharmacy clients through the onboarding and implementation of TJM Labs solutions
  • Conduct virtual training sessions for pharmacists, technicians, and pharmacy staff
  • Configure and validate software installations, integrations, and user settings
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during product deployment and go-live activities
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues affecting client operations
  • Troubleshoot technical and workflow-related problems by reviewing logs, configurations, and system activity
  • Work closely with pharmacy teams to ensure successful adoption of our products and best practices
  • Document implementation progress, client-specific workflows, and support activities
  • Escalate complex technical issues to engineering teams with clear documentation and reproduction steps
  • Build strong relationships with pharmacy clients through responsive communication and exceptional service
  • Participate in ongoing product improvement discussions by sharing client feedback and workflow insights
  • Assist with maintaining system uptime and ensuring clients receive timely support when issues arise

Requirements

What We're Looking For
  • Active or previously licensed Pharmacy Technician preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a retail, specialty, mail-order, hospital, or long-term care pharmacy environment
  • Strong interest in technology, software, automation, and process improvement
  • Comfortable learning new systems and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to pharmacy staff
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple client implementations and support requests simultaneously
  • Comfortable conducting screen-sharing sessions and virtual meetings
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup


Nice to Have
  • Experience working with pharmacy management systems such as PioneerRx, PrimeRx, Rx30, Computer-Rx, FrameworkLTC, or QS/1
  • Previous experience training pharmacy staff or supporting software implementations
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology, integrations, or workflow automation
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow
  • Basic understanding of networking, Windows administration, or software troubleshooting
  • Experience working in specialty, compounding, long-term care, or high-volume retail pharmacies
