They are seeking a Technical Product Owner (TPO) to lead the development and execution of payment integrity products, bridging business needs and technical execution in product development.Responsibilities• Product Roadmap Management Own, prioritize, and maintain a well-vetted product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.• Requirements Translation Convert high-level business requirements into detailed user stories, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.• Team Collaboration Work closely with developers, architects, QA, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of features and priorities.• Technical Guidance Participate in architectural discussions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and ensure the team is building scalable and maintainable solutions.• Sprint Planning & Agile Execution Lead sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos with Agile/Scrum teams.• Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, managing expectations and keeping stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and issues.• Product Lifecycle Ownership Support product launch planning, technical documentation, and ongoing enhancements based on customer feedback and metrics.• Quality Assurance Define and verify acceptance criteria for all delivered features and ensure testing and validation meet business needs.QualificationsRequired• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.• 3–6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Software Engineer• Strong technical background; ability to understand APIs, data models, architecture diagrams• Deep experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies• Excellent communication and documentation skills• Proven ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, iterative environment• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, Figma, Postman, etc.Preferred• Experience in the healthcare domain; ideally payment integrity or medical claims• Exposure to modern web tech stacks, cloud-based solutions and AI• Experience working with spring boot framework for building enterprise level java applications a plus• Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and security standards• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Salesforce) and CI/CD pipelines is a plusCompany6 Degrees Health is a healthcare cost containment company dedicated to achieving superior results while prioritizing a best-in-class customer and member experience.
