Role IT Sales & Bench Recruiter Location Remote Type Part-time As a IT Recruiter you’ll be at the front line of our growth efforts. Your job is to open doors — making first contact with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. You’ll be the one generating opportunities, while our senior team then assists you to build and manage the deeper client relationships. This is an excellent role for someone hungry to learn, motivated by results, and excited by the significant earning potential that comes with success in business development. What We’re Looking For • Strong PC skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) or Google Sheets • High energy, ambition, and a dogged work ethic • Comfortable spending significant time on the phone and in outreach • Resilient personality – able to handle rejection and keep pushing forward • Coachable and receptive to direction • communication skills – both written and verbal What You'll Do • Identify and research potential clients • Reach out via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to create initial connections • Qualify leads and secure introductory meetings for senior leadership • Manage outreach activity consistently to build a strong pipeline • Support the creation and implementation of full-cycle recruiting for NRC roles, including Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Consulting. • Responsible for both recruiting candidates AND job placement for current candidates available looking for a position • Source and engage passive talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other creative channels. • Coordinate and manage interviews, gather feedback, and support the offer process. • Deliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience. • Communicate regularly with both internal teams and client stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and informed. • Business to business sales-client contacts are provided • Source and recruit top talent for technical positions • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers • Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Requirements • 2 Years of IT Recruiting • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Physical Requirements & Disclaimer Sedentary work Exerting up to 5 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
