Your opportunity We are looking for a contract Recruiter for our North America Talent Acquisition team! In this role you will not only source and hire top talent, you will cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborate with various team members to build and implement hiring strategies. What you'll do Develop relationships at all levels of the business, meeting regularly with leaders to understand business needs and recommend effective and tailored recruiting strategies for senior level, hard to fill roles across Go To Market and G&A teams Develop, implement, and deliver recruiting strategies to fill current openings and build a diverse pipeline while providing a premium experience to both our candidates and hiring managers Proactively source and identify top-tier talent by leveraging AI driven tools and creative sourcing techniques to build a diverse and engaged talent community Drive continuous adoption and adaptation of our hiring framework within the business to ensure great experience internally and externally Serve as a Relic ambassador and promote Relic's employer brand through job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels This role requires 3+ years related experience as a full-lifecycle Recruiter with expert-level skills in identifying and hiring talent in the technology industry, including in specific experience in hiring sales and marketing roles Demonstrable experience developing and implementing recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively building a pipeline of diverse talent Ability to apply effective communication skills to successfully influence and advise business leaders Ability to prioritize and maintain high standards across multiple recruiting searches in a fast paced environment Data-driven approach to problem-solving Dedication to stellar candidate experience Effectively utilize systems and tools to optimize performance and ensure clean data Proven understanding of the labor market and general employment laws and regulations with the ability to assimilate and educate hiring teams Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position. #LI-TK1 #LI-Remote The range below represents a reasonable estimate of pay for the listed position.
