Job Summary

Chewy is seeking a highly motivated Remote Veterinary Care Representative specializing in Pharmacy Order Management to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for veterinary clients and pet owners, ensuring accurate processing of pharmacy orders while delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and manage veterinary pharmacy orders, including prescription verification, refills, and order entry.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for veterinary clinics and pet owners regarding pharmacy orders and inquiries.

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for veterinary medications.

  • Collaborate with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and internal teams to resolve order-related issues promptly.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medications, dosage guidelines, and product availability.

  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems.

  • Proactively identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

Experience
