Job reputed company Lara Health is currently in search of an experienced Medical Assistant for our virtual patient care program. You will be joining a wonderful team of lovely MAs and nurses who reputed company preventative care and support to patients between their doctor reputed company and support a local PCP with their patient services. This is a full time position (min 30 hours a week). Must be based reputed company Merrillville, IN 46410 regon. COMPENSATION: $20/hour plus performace bonuses, contract THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE POSTION (WORK FROM HOME) WITH SOME LOCAL TRAVEL REQUIRED. THERE IS SOME FLEXIBILITY ON THE WORKING HOURS. MIN 5 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN CARING FOR CHRONIC CONDITION PATIENTS IN REQUIRED (PREFFERABLY IN PRIMARY CARE/DIABETES/CARDIOLOGY). The Medical Assistant supports providers with ongoing patient monitoring and chronic care management, with the following duties: • Responsible for monitoring patient blood pressure, blood sugar, and other vitals, helping them with reputed company, MD reputed company etc. • Communicate with patients (reputed company PHONE AND TEXT) on regular reputed company, helping them reputed company lifestyle changes in order to improve their long term health • Ocassionally travel to the pt home to reputed company test or draw blood etc. • Maintain patient electronic medical record (EMR) and performs other duties as assigned.
