<p>The purpose of this role is to successfully find and place contract and permanent engineering and IT candidates with our customers. The ITEC Senior Recruiter will be a part of team responsible for filling technical positions nationwide and be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting including web-based sourcing and networking to develop a diverse and qualified candidate pipeline. This recruiter will need to have a thorough understanding of the cleared labor market including skill availability, labor market rates, recruiting techniques, and sourcing trends.</p><p><br></p><p>Details</p><p>Making an Impact</p><p>• Proactively build a strong talent community and pipeline of in-demand talent through personal and digital networking</p><p>• Manage client orders, ensuring SLAs are met or exceeded</p><p>• Coordinate candidate placement</p><p>• Source, screen and interview candidates</p><p>• Schedule, prepare for, and participate in Job Launch and Interview Prep calls</p><p>• Tracking current consultants’ impending end dates, marketing MyPath as appropriate and leveraging other development opportunities to make their next opportunity with Experis one that will fit with their larger career aspirations, thereby building their loyalty to Experis while creating the talent we need tomorrow.</p><p><br></p><p>Sharing Expertise</p><p>• Influence and advise clients on their talent needs and recruitment strategy by leveraging knowledge of market and rate intelligence.</p><p>• Apply knowledge of industry and talent base to exceed client expectations and expand sphere of influence within client portfolio. Build loyalty and expand opportunities for generating revenue.</p><p><br></p><p>Gaining Exposure</p><p>• Consult with clients on talent challenges and educate on impact of market or workforce trends on their business</p><p>• Assess candidate motivations and aspirations and entice them to consider and accept job opportunities. Ensure client and candidate satisfaction and loyalty</p><p><br></p><p>Your Typical Day</p><p>• Interact with external customers and candidates in a highly professional manner.</p><p>• Use Boolean search techniques and other candidate sourcing techniques.</p><p>• Source, screen, qualify, and interview a high volume of candidates through the entire recruiting process.</p><p>• Create thorough candidate submittals for Account Managers and Customers.</p><p>Other accountabilities as assigned</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>Required</p><p>• Minimum of 2 years of proven success as an IT/Engineering Technical Recruiter</p><p>• Effective candidate sourcing skills in the cleared candidate market.</p><p>• Experience growing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates.</p><p>• Knowledge and understanding of staffing employment laws and industry expectations.</p><p>• High School Diploma or equivalent</p><p><br></p><p>Nice to Have</p><p>• Experience sourcing candidates with TS/SCI and polygraph clearances strongly preferred.</p><p>• BA/BS strongly preferred.</p><p><br></p><p>ManpowerGroup is proud to be an equal opportunity affirmative action workplace.
