The Influencer Relationship Manager leads the regional team and supports the National team in shaping our creator strategy in the US. You will grow and develop a network of top tier, on-brand, loves life creators and influencers across sport and culture audiences. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Communications in the region and will have a working relationship with your National counterparts, and work cross-functionally across several teams and global offices. This is not a typical influencer marketing role, you will be about curating and developing genuine relationships with creators and influencers, building long-term partnerships based on authentic, shared passion points, and creating impactful moments that fans and followers will never forget.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

Mine the organization for creative opportunities to engage and integrate creators across Brand, Culture, Sports Marketing, Athlete, and Media Network initiatives. Cross-collaborate with Red Bull social media teams to pitch and support creator content ideas on Red Bull’s managed channels Support priority National and Regional projects with creator integration and collaboration

BRAND ATTRIBUTION & MESSAGING

Find creative ways to authentically integrate the product, brand attribution and messaging into creator channels and content Ensure messaging to consumers through creators is on brand, engaging and inspirational

TRACKING, MEASUREMENT & EVALUATION

Document best practices and wins for creator activation and share key learnings across the organization Manage and maintain creators in our shared database Track, evaluate and manage performance for top tier creators

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • 6+ years professional experience
  • Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License
  • Experience managing talent, creator, or media relationships
  • Background in developing and managing creator campaigns or activations and content creation
  • An eye for identifying relevant rising creator talent
  • Avid consumer and user of platforms like TikTok and YouTube
  • You are a natural networker both online and in real life
  • Able to travel as needed; work flexible hours/days of week and weekends
  • Existing relationships with well-known creators and influencers
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or similar field preferred

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $128,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
