Other Jobs To Apply

About InoVA Local InoVA Local is a virtual assistant agency specializing in home service businesses — cleaning companies, landscaping, HVAC, and more. We don't just answer phones — we run the back office for our clients so their businesses can grow without the chaos. Our VAs are the voice, the scheduler, the closer, and the problem solver all in one.

About the Role We're looking for a sharp, personable Virtual Assistant who thrives on the phone, knows how to sell, and can essentially run the day-to-day operations of a home service business. This isn't a typical VA role. You're the first voice customers hear, the person closing bookings, and the one keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is ideal for someone with open daytime availability who wants the flexibility of working from home. Hours start part-time with real potential to grow as your client roster scales.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Answering and managing inbound calls on behalf of clients
  • Converting leads into booked appointments — you're not just taking calls, you're closing them
  • Following up with prospects and handling objections confidently
  • Scheduling, customer communication, and day-to-day operations management
  • Representing your client's brand with professionalism and genuine warmth

What We're Looking For

  • Confident and comfortable on the phone — this is a phone-first role
  • Sales experience is required — you need to be able to close a booking, handle a hesitant customer, and follow up without being pushy
  • Prior virtual assistant, remote work, or customer service experience
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and reliable
  • Personable enough that clients' customers feel like they're talking to someone who genuinely cares
  • Available Monday–Friday with an 8-hour on-call window
  • Home services industry experience is a major plus

Why InoVA Local

  • 100% remote
  • Flexible, work-from-home schedule
  • Start part-time with real potential to grow your hours
  • Be part of a small, fast-growing team that actually invests in its people
