KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Use industry and relevant data analysis, create and execute strategic sourcing plans for a technology, business unit, department, or project to help internal customers meet their goals
* Work with a range of stakeholders including business leaders, engineering leaders, legal, program management, and supply chain to negotiate a variety of agreements and contracts including term sheets, MOUs, NDAs, SOWs, development agreements, component purchase agreements and others
* Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify opportunities to reduce cost, minimize risk, protect continuity of supply, and industry developments that benefit Amazon’s customers
* Influence suppliers' processes, technology decisions, and policies in ways that are mutually beneficial and sustainable for both organizations
* Prioritize projects and activities to deliver maximum cost reductions and reliable on‑time delivery
* Manage cross‑functional projects against plans and objectives to meet commitments and goals
* Drive financial modeling of large and complex deals
* Evaluate and monitor financial health of critical suppliers
* Effectively lead cross‑functional meetings with clear document writing, agenda creation, note capture and follow‑up activity coordination
* Domestic and International Travel as needed
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
* 6+ years of high volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments experience
* 6+ years of data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent experience
* 6+ years of related industry experience
* Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies
* Experience in global supply chain management, managing cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced consumer electronics product company
* Experience in program, project or product management, or leading product implementation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
* Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies
* Experience in negotiations with global suppliers with a proven track record in cost reduction
* Experience in procurement practices working with engineering, supply chain and Tier 1 OEM partners
* Experience practicing best‑in‑class procurement processes (category management, benchmarking, should‑cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting, or equivalent)
BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION
The base salary range for this position is 147,900.00 - 200,100.00 USD annually.
Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
