Candidates should be comfortable participating in occasional in-person gatherings or team-specific onsite expectations, depending on their role and department.What You Will DoOwn the operational coordination and execution of Overflow’s strategic partnership initiatives, partner programs, and partner-facing eventsServe as a key point of contact for external partners, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-up, and a high-quality relationship experienceManage logistics and project execution for conferences, executive roundtables, partner dinners, sponsorships, strategic meetings, and other GTM eventsCoordinate all aspects of partnership event execution including registrations, travel, venue management, catering, agendas, partner communications, booth logistics, and attendee experiencePartner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment across partnership initiatives and event prioritiesTrack sponsorship deliverables, event timelines, partner commitments, and follow-up actions to ensure flawless execution and accountabilityBuild and maintain scalable workflows, timelines, tracking systems, and operational processes for partnership campaigns and eventsSupport partner onboarding, communication cadences, and relationship management workflows across the partnership lifecycleManage vendor relationships and coordinate with venues, production teams, contractors, travel providers, and external event partnersTrack and report on partnership and event KPIs including engagement, attendance, pipeline influence, follow-up completion, and partner activityCoordinate executive scheduling and logistics for strategic partner meetings and relationship-building opportunitiesEnsure Overflow’s brand, hospitality, professionalism, and culture are reflected across every external interaction and event experienceIdentify operational improvements and scalable systems that strengthen partnership execution and cross-functional collaborationSupport additional strategic GTM and partnership initiatives as neededWhat You Should Have3+ years of experience in partnerships, project management, event operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or related rolesStrong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence managing external relationships and executive-level coordinationExperience planning and executing conferences, events, executive meetings, roundtables, or hospitality experiencesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and departmentsExperience with CRM and project management tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platformsSelf-starter mentality with strong ownership, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving skillsComfort managing travel coordination, operational logistics, scheduling, and event executionPassion for relationship-building, hospitality, operational excellence, and creating exceptional experiencesAlignment with Overflow’s mission, values, and cultureIt’d Be Nice If You HadExperience supporting strategic partnerships, sponsorships, or business development initiatives within SaaS, nonprofit, fintech, or mission-driven organizationsFamiliarity with event marketing, partner ecosystem management, or GTM operationsExperience coordinating executive-level events, customer advisory boards, or VIP experiencesStrong systems-thinking mindset with experience improving operational processes and workflowsAbility to thrive in high-growth, fast-changing startup environmentsOur Compensation PhilosophyOverflow’s compensation philosophy is rooted in Carta Total Compensa
