The Wireless Platforms and SIM team within the Device Technology organization is responsible for implementing industry-leading SIM and eSIM solutions that support multiple business functions and evolving mission-critical platforms that manage the SIM/eSIM lifecycle.

This role will support the modernization and migration of key wireless platforms to the cloud, while exploring the use of agentic AI to improve operational efficiency, automation, and platform reliability. The engineer will work closely with architecture, engineering, operations, and product teams to design, test, troubleshoot, and implement solutions that support the future of wireless connectivity.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the transformation and modernization of wireless platforms that manage SIM and eSIM lifecycles.
  • Assist with cloud migration activities, including analysis, testing, validation, and implementation support.
  • Apply knowledge of wireless communication, cloud computing, automation, and agentic AI to improve platform efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and with high quality.
  • Continuously learn new technologies and contribute to process improvement and platform modernization efforts.
What You’ll Need
  • Exposure to SIM, eSIM, mobile networks, and wireless platform technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and work effectively with product and engineering teams.​
What You’ll Bring
  • 1+ years of experience in network engineering, product engineering, or a related technical role.
  • Foundational understanding of wireless communication concepts.
  • Cloud certification or relevant experience in cloud or networking.
  • Experience in automation or agentic AI technologies.
