Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content. Conduct research and gather technical information from various sources to create comprehensive documentation. Understand and adhere to industry best practices and standards for technical writing. Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality. Work closely with subject matter experts to review and validate technical content. Continuously improve and update existing documentation based on feedback and changes to technology workflows. Create and maintain templates, style guides, and other tools to support the documentation process. Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and resources for internal and external stakeholders. Keep abreast of industry trends and updates related to technology workflows and incorporate them into our documentation. Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior technical writers on best practices and processes.
