About The Role We are seeking a full-time Copywriter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, persuasive, and compliant copy that resonates authentically with our diverse audiences. Your work will support our marketing initiatives, growth strategies, and patient communications across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a startup environment, possesses a deep understanding of conversion psychology, and can adapt their tone to engage different segments such as patients, leads, and partners effectively. Qualifications Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably in healthcare, telehealth, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) industries

Strong understanding of conversion-focused writing techniques

Excellent command of English grammar, clarity, and tone

Ability to follow brand voice and adhere to compliance standards

Experience in writing email and SMS copy highly preferred

Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines

Knowledge of basic marketing metrics such as CTR, conversions, and A/B testing is a plus Responsibilities Develop and edit marketing copy for email and SMS campaigns, landing pages, website content, paid advertisements (Meta, Google, etc.), and social media captions

Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and marketing team to conceptualize and execute compelling campaigns and product launches

Tailor messaging to different tones and styles, including educational, supportive, and conversion-focused content, to effectively engage target audiences

Ensure all copy aligns with the company's brand voice, values, and compliance standards

Analyze performance data and feedback to refine and optimize copy for better engagement and results
