As a Sales Development Representative, you will be a vital resource for our sales organization, helping to drive customer acquisition and assisting providers and staff with digital payment's transformation, while helping them to secure financial stability for their practices by driving patient payments.

Health, you will receive best-in-class sales and marketing tools to develop your pipeline, including a robust CRM lead database, mobile tools, data analytics, marketing campaigns and significant training and support. While not directly responsible for "closing the sale", your efforts will be integral in achieving channel sales goals.

Volume Outreach: Execute 100+ outbound calls daily to a national database of 1M+ medical and dental practices, clearly articulating our value proposition and securing qualified meetings. Nurture prospective customers by strategically leveraging marketing collateral and digital content to build interest and momentum.

Sales Partnership: Collaborate closely with Account Executives / Practice Solution Consultants to align calling strategies and improve conversion rates. time market and prospect feedback to help the team close more business.

Driven Performance: Own your KPIs by managing call volumes, appointment goals, and quality metrics to maximize both performance and commission. quality referrals for Account Executives / Practice Solution Consultants. activity sales, prospecting, or customer ? facing role, with comfort spending a significant portion of your day on the phone. ~ Proven ability to work independently, and "own your day" in a performance-driven environment, particularly with Account Executives / Practice Solutions Consultants to support pipeline success. ~ Comfortable using a CRM and sales tools to log activity, manage leads, and stay organized (Salesforce strongly preferred). ~ Proficient user ability with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Associate's/Bachelor's degree Salesforce utilization as a CRM.
