About the role

As a Product Manager, you'll own the platform features that every Insense customer relies on, from workspaces and permissions to navigation and collaboration.

Working closely with Engineering, Design, and Customer Success, you'll shape the roadmap, solve real customer problems, and deliver features that make Insense easier to use and scale. This role offers the opportunity to shape a foundational part of the product while making a meaningful impact on our customers experience and the company's growth.

⏰ This is a full-time role. We work across multiple time zones, so you'll need to be available during our core collaboration hours, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm EST.

Who we are looking for

Required:

  • 2-4+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS company.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Experience owning a product roadmap from discovery through delivery.

  • Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and Customer Success or Support teams.

  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with experience prioritizing multiple initiatives and keeping projects on track.

  • Experience gathering customer feedback and turning it into product requirements.

  • Experience launching MVPs and improving products through continuous iteration.

  • Experience making product decisions based on customer needs, business goals, and data.

Bonus points:

  • Experience building products for mid-market or enterprise B2B customers.

  • Experience working on platform or infrastructure features such as permissions, workspaces, authentication, billing, or integrations.

  • Experience supporting products with multiple user types, such as marketplaces or collaboration platforms.

  • Comfortable discussing technical solutions and trade-offs with Engineering teams.

You'll be a great fit if you've balanced long-term roadmap initiatives with urgent customer requests, partnered closely with Customer Success to improve the product experience, and enjoy enhancing existing products and platform capabilities. You're comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap from discovery to launch, balancing long-term platform improvements with customer-requested enhancements.

  • Partner closely with Customer Success to understand customer feedback, prioritize bugs and feature requests, and decide what should be addressed immediately versus planned for the roadmap.

  • Work closely with Engineering and Design to turn customer needs into clear product requirements and keep everyone aligned throughout development.

  • Balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day requests, making sure important platform improvements continue moving forward while responding quickly to customer needs.

  • Collaborate across product teams to ensure shared platform features, such as workspaces, permissions, and navigation, support other teams and products.

  • Drive product delivery by planning, prioritizing, and coordinating launches to ensure projects are delivered on time and create meaningful impact for customers.
