The Manager, Talent Attraction Delivery will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of global recruiting platform for restaurants called McHire. This role ensures that recruiting activities are efficient, consistent, and aligned with enterprise-wide talent strategies, while delivering a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Recruiting Operations Leadership

  • Collect, evaluate, and prioritize market-specific recruiting needs to inform global roadmap planning and delivery
  • Define and maintain the overall ATS platform roadmap, ensuring alignment across markets and functions.
  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant recruiting operations processes for the platform across markets.
  • Monitor, measure, and improve process efficiency, service delivery, and compliance with policies and regulations globally.
  • Evaluate operational metrics / reporting to track performance and inform decision-making.

Process & Technology Enablement

  • Partner with Functional Solutions teams to optimize the applicant tracking system and related platforms for scalability and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate recruiting processes across markets.
  • Ensure global processes are adaptable for local compliance, culture, and language requirements.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Lead McHire governance processes, ensuring consistent decision-making, issue escalation, and change management across markets.
  • Represent the organization in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with restaurant recruiting vendor(s) to assess performance, share feedback, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with Global Technology, People Systems, and regional Talent Acquisition leaders to ensure smooth execution and adoption of platform enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with the business, markets, Functional Solutions, support teams, global and local technology teams to address escalations, exceptions, and service delivery issues through process improvements / changes.
  • Support change management and training efforts to embed new processes and tools across the organization.

Qualifications

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Strong track record of experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, or related shared services role, with global scope preferred.
  • Project Management experience
  • Global market knowledge and experience
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition lifecycle and HR operations processes, including compliance and data integrity.
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives and driving adoption of HR technologies, preferably SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment.
  • Experience in recruiting for frontline workforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
