We are looking for professional, courteous, and driven individuals that meet the following requirements: Must be at least 18 years old or older (Unarmed Position) or 21 years old or older (Armed Position). Must be a U.S. Citizen or foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. No Criminal Record. Must possess a current TN guard license. Possess a valid drivers license. Reliable transportation. Previous Security, Law Enforcement and/or Military experience highly preferred. Pass background check, drug test, and any additional training required by site locations. Skills Required Ability to communicate in a clear, professional manner. Ability to operate radio, computer, and/or any other smart device. Able to lift and/or move up to 25 pound and meet physical requirements of the job, such as but not limited to crouching, reaching with hands and arms, walking, standing, climbing stairs for prolonged periods of time. Ability to work in all-weather environments. Able to work in environments and under conditions that require carrying authorized weapons. Training and qualifications in less-lethal weapons i.e. OC spray, Taser, Baton, and/or other devices. Be of good moral character. Responsibilities and Duties As Security Officer, you will: Detect, Deter, Observe, and Report. Responsible for the safety and security of post and all persons there. Conduct entry checkpoint and basic access control where needed. Seek out and respond to security problems, issues, concerns, and emergency situations on post. Respond without hesitation to emergency alarms and calls for help, determine the best course of action, and notify appropriate authorities where needed. Patrol property, including parking lots and buildings, noting unusual circumstances or security concerns, and taking appropriate action. Complete various reports and forms for investigation, action and liability abatement, documenting loss or personal injury of guests or associates.
