<p>Reporting to an Information Technology Manager, you will provide white-glove technology support to senior leadership and their administrative teams. You will resolve technical issues, maintain a high level of service and professionalism, and ensure technology availability across supported systems. You will partner with End User Compute teams and service providers to deliver reliable onsite and remote support in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><b>A Taste of Your Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><span>Provide executive support to senior leadership and administrative staff.</span></li><li><span>Respond to technology support requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.</span></li><li><span>Support board meetings, investor calls, executive meetings, and other high-profile events both onsite and remotely.</span></li><li><span>Troubleshoot workstations, collaboration tools, audio visual technologies, and home network connectivity issues.</span></li><li><span>Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and data integrity for executive users.</span></li><li><span>Train senior leaders and administrative staff on technology tools, systems, and best practices.</span></li><li><span>Support after-hours requests from senior leadership and administrative staff as needed.</span></li><li><span>Partner with internal teams and third-party service providers to ensure a high level of service delivery.</span></li><li><span>Help define and maintain support capabilities and service standards.</span></li><li><span>Lead or participate in initiatives that improve technology support processes and user experiences.</span></li><li><span>Support desktop systems, mobile devices, and collaboration technologies.</span></li><li><span>Adapt to changing priorities, schedules, and business requirements.</span></li><li><span>Travel domestically up to 15% as needed.</span></li></ul><p><b>Ingredients Required for Your Success</b></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.</span></li><li><span>3+ years of Information Technology experience or related experience.</span></li><li><span>Experience supporting senior executives and business leaders.</span></li><li><span>Experience supporting Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom, or similar collaboration platforms.</span></li><li><span>Experience supporting conference room technologies, including Cisco room systems and Crestron room controls.</span></li><li><span>Experience working with vendors, consultants, and technology service providers.</span></li><li><span>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</span></li><li><span>Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, and escalation skills.</span></li><li><span>Experience working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams.</span></li><li><span>Experience identifying issues proactively and implementing solutions before they impact users.</span></li><li><span>Experience leading initiatives prioritized by the business.</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of enterprise desktop, mobility, collaboration, and end-user technologies.</span></li><li><span>Flexibility to support executive schedules and urgent business needs.</span></li></ul><p><b>Physical Requirements</b></p><p>This role does not require regular work at or visits to manufacturing facilities.
