The role involves driving accountability, tracking product adoption, and proactively identifying business risks while collaborating cross-functionally to implement solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Own and drive core operational cadences across Product and Specialist teams to review key deals, ensure effective handoffs, and improve execution quality
  • Establish and maintain operational rigor for tracking product adoption, account health, and execution risks
  • Define, track, and drive accountability to business KPIs, ensuring consistent performance measurement against targets
  • Lead end‑to‑end preparation for QBR/QPRs, annual planning, and ongoing account assignment governance
  • Proactively identify business risks, execution gaps, and friction points, surfacing issues early with data‑backed recommendations
  • Translate ambiguous problems into clear processes, metrics, and action plans
  • Partner cross‑functionally to close process gaps and drive durable solutions—not just recommendations
  • Document current‑ and future‑state processes to establish scalable playbooks and operational standards
  • Assess downstream impacts to the field organization and drive targeted communication and enablement as needed
