WHO IS GuardianMD?

Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation: Outstanding pay
Schedule: Flexible, with some weekend availability required
Location: Remote – (serving clinics across the United States)

Key Responsibilities

Perform telehealth medical exams for patients across diverse clinical settings.
Provide medical clearances and collaborate with physicians and clinic teams on patient care plans.
Document patient encounters accurately and in compliance with applicable state and federal guidelines.
Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and clinic staff to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical protocols and telehealth best practices.

Qualifications

Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licensure highly preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience (telehealth experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.
Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team-based care model with some availability for weekend shifts.
