As an Email/Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely, clear, and empathetic assistance through digital channels.   • Deliver prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries via email and chat platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client emails and chat messages with clear, concise, and courteous information.
  • Identify client needs and escalate complex issues to appropriate legal staff when necessary.
  • Document and track all client interactions accurately in the case management system.
  • Assist in preparing standard responses and FAQs to streamline communication efforts.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services, policies, and legal terminology.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy laws and company confidentiality standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
