Job Description:

  • Research trending, high-demand, and low-competition products for Amazon and dropshipping channels
  • Identify and vet reliable dropshipping suppliers and manufacturers
  • Calculate profit margins, shipping costs, and supplier fees
  • Create, optimize, and upload product listings
  • Perform keyword research for Amazon SEO and web visibility
  • Update product pricing, inventory levels, and availability across sales channels
  • Process and track daily customer orders with suppliers
  • Manage supplier communications about inventory, delays, and returns
  • Handle customer inquiries, return requests, and order-status updates
  • Monitor store performance metrics, account health, and inventory status
  • Assist with basic marketing tasks, promotions, or PPC campaign tracking
  • Provide weekly reporting on sales performance, order counts, and product-research updates
  • Deliver services according to the defined scope of work, timelines, guidelines, and written deliverables

Requirements:

  • Prior experience supporting Amazon stores using Seller Central and dropshipping models
  • Junior to Senior candidates welcome
  • Familiarity with product-research and e-commerce tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or store-management platforms
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Near-native English accent preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection

  • Availability for 10 contracted hours per week
