About the position

This role is for an Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist who has a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, including listings, keywords, ads, and account health. The ideal candidate will have a disciplined approach to execution that drives marketplace growth. Responsibilities

  • Own listings, cases, and data with precision.
  • Manage real ASINs and make live listing updates.
  • Update titles, bullets, backend attributes, A+ content, and images.
  • Utilize checklists, SOPs, and clean processes for operations.
  • Organize case logs, name files properly, and meet deadlines without reminders.
  • Spot and fix inconsistencies before they escalate.
  • Navigate Amazon Seller Central to find listing quality reports, suppression alerts, account health notifications, and case history.
  • Open and manage cases end-to-end, providing necessary documentation and escalating strategically.
  • Use tools like Helium 10 (or similar) to research and track keywords, update listings, and monitor changes in rank and traffic.
  • Understand how Amazon ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Amazon DSP) fit into the marketplace ecosystem.
  • Export and organize campaign data accurately.
  • Recognize underperforming keywords, ASINs, audiences, placements, or campaigns.
  • Ensure data accuracy in spreadsheets and reports.
  • Collaborate with Marketplace, Marketing, Creative, and agency partners.
  • Communicate clearly, ask smart questions, and escalate blockers early.
  • Take feedback without defensiveness and adjust quickly.
  • Stay organized and track moving pieces under pressure with tight timelines.

Requirements

  • Proof of ability to execute on Amazon listings, cases, and data with precision.
  • Experience managing real ASINs and making live listing updates.

  • Reputation for double-checking work and ensuring accuracy.
