This role is central to building Bain’s enterprise data strategy and enabling advanced analytics and AI/ML capabilities that drive impact at scale.</p><p><b>WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM</b><br/>As <b>Chief Data Architect</b>, you will lead Bain’s enterprise data architecture, ensuring our data is well-structured, governed, and powering analytics and AI initiatives. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary compensation.</p><p>Benefits include 4.5% 401(k) company contribution (fully vested), comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, generous paid time off, life and long-term disability insurance, and wellness programs.</p><h2>Other details</h2><p>For all locations, compensation is commensurate with geographic market rates and experience.
