Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of design experience
  • Have an available online portfolio
  • Experience working with agile development teams (agile/scrum/kanban)
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suit applications, with high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat using macOS
  • Knowledge of branding guidelines and corporate identity, visual design, print and digital layout design, with experience in designing for both mobile and desktop applications
  • Outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong visual design fundamentals, human-centered design solutions, and measurable results
  • Expertise in Figma
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity (verbally and in writing) to audiences from peers to senior leadership
  • Experience with distributed team collaboration
  • Proficient scaling efficiently and effectively for multiple partners and channels
  • Experience using data and consumer insights to inform creative decision making
  • Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with e-commerce, search, social, and other major application types and their UX patterns
  • Experience creating services and applications with multiple user touch points on different platforms and devices
  • Experience with motion design and video editing is a bonus
  • Fintech or banking design experience
  • Marketing design experience
  • Knowledge of information architecture, usability, UI and UX design
