Amazons mission is to be the Earths Best Employer. The Workforce Staffing Analytics program works to advance this mission with data-led insights that can lead to actions that help improve employee experience.

This program is re-inventing how Amazon attracts, communicates with, and ultimately hires its hourly associates. This team owns a multi-layered research and program implementation designed to drive process improvements and strategic recommendations to global leadership. Are you passionate about data? The Technical Program Manager will work closely with multiple stakeholders in the European Union, UK and North America to setup and deliver robust, structured reporting, analytics and models for the redesign of our associate hiring process. In this role, you will work closely with the Business Intelligence Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists and our stakeholders to design and develop advanced data science solutions for various customer groups. There are many opportunities in this space to innovate and learn, experiment and pilot, and work closely with our business leaders as well as the Workforce Staffing team.

Key job responsibilities

Lead projects across multiple Amazon business lines and organizations.

Plan, design and communicate the implementation and adoption of new programs and process

Manage multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines, requiring frequent multi-layered communication, organization/time management, and creative problem solving skills

- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent

- 2+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience

- Experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules
