What You'll Bring to the Table

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
12+ years in footwear sales, 8+ in leadership roles
Proven success growing business within a matrixed organization, with a background in U.S. retail and wholesale footwear market
Experience with fashion, trend, and sporting goods accounts preferred
Resilient leader comfortable with ambiguity and change. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Willingness to travel up to 50%

Title: Sr. Sales Director, Fashion Specialty HEYDUDE

Salary or Pay Range: $216,000 - $226,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
