Job Overview and Responsibilities
* Ability to own and manage multiple projects, prioritizing by working backwards from the ideal customer experience. * Clear verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to rally multiple teams around a complex goal through root causing misalignment, regular project update mechanisms, daily collaboration, and continuously seeking to understand your customers’ needs. * Influencing without authority across multiple teams, including pushing back with data when you don’t believe the right decision is being made. * Building mechanisms to drive transparency; as we build new processes, you bias towards globally-accessible documentation of projects, critical decisions, and prioritization in order to build a strong foundation for the current and future project teams. * Project management, including the ability create a plan that to clearly articulates the teams involved in each phase, core deliverables, business impact, and milestones for completion. You also anticipate risks and escalate quickly with intent to resolve. * Data analysis (proficient in excel, knowledge of basic SQL preferred), used to glean key insights from large datasets which inform the strategic direction of your projects.
