The Music Mission team needs a Product Manager to lead the end-to-end proposition for music creators and the experiences they offer fans.

Spotify for Artists, used by over 1M active artists, provides a suite of music native marketing tools, including Marquee and Showcase.

Your Role

Enable as many artists as possible to access and purchase our music native marketing tools.

You will work with cross-functional teams from Design, Engineering, and Product Insights to define product strategy and ship impact.

This role focuses on expanding to new customer types like international buyers, ensuring customers have necessary payment capabilities, and mitigating fraudulent activity.

To achieve this, you will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Legal teams.

Responsibilities

Set vision and manage roadmap for growing access to music native marketing tools.
Build alignment against your roadmap and gain support from relevant cross-functional teams.
Prioritize new features based on customer needs, business potential, and technical platform scalability.
Set and follow metrics that advise us of the success of products and their impact on the Spotify ecosystem and users.
Partner with PMs, design, insights, and engineering teams on feature design, implementation, delivery, and adoption.

Who We're Looking For

2+ years of experience working as a product manager or similar discipline in cross-functional teams.
Experience collaborating with non-product partners in matrixed organizations and influencing teams.
A compelling storyteller who can communicate succinctly and inspiring ways to various audience types.
Bonus points for experience in payments tech and/or ad tech.
Passion for serving artists and their teams.
Team-first approach with techniques to ensure teams are happy, motivated, and productive.
Comfortable working with distributed teams across multiple offices and time zones.

Where You'll Be

This role requires someone within a reasonable commuting distance to our New York office.
We operate within the EST zone for collaboration.
