<div>Position Title: Software Implementation Consultant <br/>Department: Delivery <br/>Reports To: Software Implementation Consultant, Team Lead<br/>FLSA Status: Exempt<br/>Location: US Remote<br/><br/>Overview: As the payment leader within the insurtech space, One Inc provides its customers a full suite of inbound and outbound payment solutions. The Software Implementation Consultant plays a key role in delivery of our SaaS product suite by acting as a customer advocate and ensuring the highest quality of work is being delivered on time and to customer expectations. The Software Implementation Consultant works in parallel with an implementation Project Manager to successfully plan and execute the onboarding of new clients onto our Digital Payments SaaS platform, as well as adding new capabilities for existing customers.<br/><br/>The ideal Software Implementation Consultant possesses the ability to learn software rapidly to configure, apply analytical troubleshooting tools, and to problem-solve application issues. Candidates are not expected to be masters of the full spectrum of technologies used but are expected to quickly become technical experts and masters of all skills required to launch solutions for our clients; steadily building their knowledge of any of One Inc's platforms and digital payments domain. Onboarding our customers efficiently with attention to flexibility and scalability are key attributes of every implementation and customer engagement.<br/><br/>As such you will work cross-functionally within One Inc as well as with customer project teams to facilitate the documentation, delivery, and scalability of the Digital Payments solution. Teams you will interact with include development, QA, product, payment operations, success, and support. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. This role will also be responsible for creating and updating documentation for new and existing implementations. The successful candidate must also demonstrate project management experience and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities may shift rapidly.<br/><br/><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br/><ul><li>Configure payment platform features</li><li>Communicate API contract information to customers and assist them with understanding our API structure</li><li>Produce the following artifacts as needed</li></ul><br/><strong>Functional Requirements</strong><br/><ul><li>Use Cases</li><li>Process Flows</li><li>Integration Diagrams</li><li>Extract requirements from customers by coordinating and running face-to-face and web-conferencing interviews</li><li>Document requirements, nuances, and solution to be implemented</li><li>Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs</li><li>Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously</li><li>Work independently with stakeholders to define concepts, review specifications, solicit feedback, and obtain approval for specifications</li><li>Work in tandem with the project manager to coordinate deliverables and communicate updates</li><li>Work with developers and QA to understand and coordinate technical requirements and design</li><li>Complete high-level testing to ensure solution is functioning per requirements</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to customer and other locations in the United States.</li></ul><br/><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br/><ul><li>Customer-facing experience is required.</li><li>Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving</li></ul><ul><li>The ability to identify and map the solution to meet our customers' business requirements</li><li>Excellent verbal and written, communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers and subject matter experts</li><li>Abstract thinking, critical thinking, & problem-solving capabilities</li><li>Ability to influence, compromise, and negotiate to solve true customer needs</li><li>Detail oriented</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent project prioritizing skills</li><li>Self-learning, motivated, focused</li><li>The ability to quickly learn new concepts and products</li></ul><br/><strong>Bonus Skills (But not Required):</strong><br/><ul><li>Implementation experience/expertise</li><li>RESTful & SOAP API experience</li><li>Payments experience</li><li>Insurance experience</li><li>QA experience</li><li>Project Management experience</li><li>JIRA/Confluence</li></ul><br/><strong>Education & Experience:</strong><br/><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience is required</li><li>4+ years of recent experience in a SaaS environment is required</li><li>Experience gathering, creating and managing requirements is required</li><li>Experience building UI mockups & wire framing mockups is required</li><li>Experience working on third party integrations, REST APIs</li><li>Insurance industry experience is highly desired, including policy management and digital payment</li><li>AGILE Development & SCRUM methodology experience is preferred</li><li>Experience working with complex projects with multiple tasks and subtasks</li></ul><br/>Desired Traits:<br/><ul><li>Growth Mindset, Problem Solver, Self-starter, Demonstrates Ethical Behavior, Strong Drive, Team Player, Supportive & Adaptable to Change, Exudes a commitment to Personal & Professional Development</li></ul><br/>Physical Demands:<br/><br/>The conditions herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
