Partner with research teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates from top PhD and Specialized Masters programs.
Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up and communication with candidates throughout the candidate’s lifecycle from initial contact to start date

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
6+ years of technical recruiting experience in high volume/high hiring bar environment (corporate and prior university recruiting preferred)
Account management skills - experience partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches while managing customer expectations

Preferred Qualifications

Superb verbal and written communication skills
Credibility with renowned, world-class internal and external subject matter experts in academia
Experience influencing senior leadership with data driven recommendations
Ability to understand and convey complexity in a polished and professional manner and to capture the attention of busy, senior executives

The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves"
