Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, HR, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, or a related field with a proven track record in designing and managing global sales compensation programs.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling and incentive plan optimization.
Proficiency in compensation management tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Xactly, or similar).
Ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Experience in driving change management initiatives related to compensation programs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders.

Base Pay Range 132,225.00 - 193,930.00 USD
