Deeply understand the needs of our Operations stakeholders: You listen eﬀectively to our business stakeholders across Fulfilment Center Operations, DG Operations and Carrier partners and are able to design innovative technical solutions to resolve their pain points. Your prioritization decisions are well-reasoned and customer-based.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Experience owning technology products
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience discussing technology concepts and how they impact stakeholder needs

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
