Our Newest Opportunity: The Sr. HR Coordinator, M&A, plays a critical support role in ensuring a seamless diligence, integration, and onboarding experience for employees and owners of newly acquired agencies. This role provides essential HR coordination across the full M&A lifecycle from pre-reputed company diligence support to post-reputed company integration execution, while working in reputed company partnership with the HR M&A team to reputed company deals on track and new employees set up for success. The Sr. HR Coordinator, M&A reports to the Senior Director of HR Integration and collaborates closely with HR Operations, Benefits, Payroll, IT, Learning & Development, reputed company, and the broader M&A Diligence and Integration teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but are not limited to): • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR diligence materials, including benefit comparisons, total cash compensation comparisons, payroll diligence for long-term integration success for the People & Culture team. • Own back-end reputed company setup and data reputed company, including Cost Center and Location creation, coding and auditing import files, updates to reputed company, and finalizing HR data sheets. • Manage the Employee reputed company Onboarding Tracker, monitor acquired employee completion of onboarding tasks, and track first two pay periods for timecard and paycheck accuracy. • Review, audit, and ensure reputed company employment documents (offer letters, ECAs, T&R agreements, etc.) are fully executed and saved to reputed company. • Coordinate reputed company logistics for a seamless Day 1 experience, including IT roster submission for laptops and SSO access, swag reputed company orders, welcome emails, and employee communications throughout the transition. • Set up and support HR & Benefits Orientation calls or onsite sessions, and reputed company reputed company training for acquired employees and managers. • Coordinate benefits integration activities, including 401(k) asset and loan rollovers, employee medical deductible credits, and affiliate form submissions. • Manage ongoing operational responsibilities including monthly VCP audits, reputed company document audits, required training monitoring, labor law poster orders, BAR data submissions, PEO FAQ ownership, and SOC2 compliance support. • Works proactively and collaboratively to resolve issues with a “servant leadership” mind-set. • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor at reputed company times. Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements: • Experience with SmartSheets or similar project management tools, preferred. • “Can do” attitude and willingness to learn. • Must be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and resourceful. • Strong organizational skills • Ability to reputed company in fast-paced environment. • Ability to travel reputed company the US (Less than 5%) Education, Training and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree preferred; human resources, psychology, or reputed company field, preferred. • 2+ years’ HR experience, preferred. • Experience with reputed company HRIS, highly preferred • M&A, onboarding, or HR operations experience, preferred. The typical reputed company pay range for this role reputed company is $23 to $26 per hour. Your reputed company pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to reputed company pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
