Duties

  • Control access to the premises by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including entrances, exits, parking areas, and sensitive zones to deter theft and vandalism.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed.
  • Manage conflict situations with professionalism using conflict management skills to de-escalate tensions.
  • Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for reporting purposes.
  • Stock in new and used vehicle deliveries.
  • Maintain all vehicles new and used in the appropriate areas.
  • Monitor tire pressure of vehicles; add air and fuel as needed.
  • Document damage, missing keys, and notify management.

Experience

  • Previous experience in security or law enforcement roles is highly preferred.
  • Background in military or law enforcement service is a plus, demonstrating discipline and situational awareness.
  • Strong understanding of conflict management strategies and security protocols.
  • Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining professionalism at all times.
